The boots themselves are comfy enough and at the price I paid (£40) they were reasonable value. However, the insoles in the shoes started shifting around to the point that they would scrunch up making them unwearable. I could take the insoles out and straighten them, but within minutes the same thing would happen. I wrote to Karrimor to ask if there was a solution and they said that as I bought them from Amazon I should return them to Amazon. Once I found the contact details (via a search) to return them, the process was very slick and I received a full refund once they were posted back (via a pre-paid label). I had tried the Returns link in "Your Account" but that wouldn't give me a return option so I used the search function in the end. Final score = Karrimor poor, Amazon Great.
