My husband has a very wide foot. He purchased the prowalker 10 years ago and since then had not been able to find the very same shoe. We had to return everything we ordered in XW because it just didn't fit. Finally, this Spring, we decided to try again and were so glad we did. The XW shoe fit perfectly. We tried some other styles hoping they would work as well but didn't. So we then ordered 3 pairs of the prowalker in white and tan before the last changed again. Please keep this shoe available. It is really the only walking shoe my husband can wear.

This is the most uncomfortable Rockport shoe I have ever bought. Rockports have been on my feet since 1996. This is probably the last pair because New Balance is treating my feet better. The cheap feel was first impression. Now, my feet hurt. I should have kept the boxes and worn them. Sorry, Rockport. You did it to yourselves.

They do feel a little slippery on the bottom. I have to be careful on wet surfaces.
I normally wear a 10 size, but these do seem a little larger than normal.
