Shoe does not have much padding around the top below the ankle. Sole is stiff and different than other Pro Walkers over the past 20 years. It is a different shoe. I would not buy it again but I will keep this pair.

This is my husband's favorite casual shoe. I told him he had to get rid of the pair of Rockport pro walkers he was wearing because they were worn out. I ordered two pair in two different colors and he is delighted. Look good, long wearing, and extremely comfortable. The wide is just right. Shipping was exceptionally quick on this item.
