Have several pair of Rockports. Have worn for years. Great shoes!

This is a repeat purchase due to liking it a lot.

The cons outweigh the pros on this one.

Pros:
1. Price
2. Sturdy and durable bottom sole

Cons:
1. Not very comfortable. The footbed and walls of the shoe aren't very soft or cushiony. The shoe is stiff. It feels like the interior of the shoe wasn't given much thought.
2. Laces keep coming untied: the laces are made of a slippery material (nylon, maybe) that keeps coming untied. It's a pain in the ass to have to retie the shoes at the gym 2-3 times, and then another few times during the course of the day. If you're actually using these shoes for trail running, you're going to have the laces come undone multiple times. It can be unsafe (tripping hazard), and a big annoyance.
3. After 4 months of relatively light use, the front part of sole, where it curves up over the toe, is coming unglued and separated from the top of the shoe.

I probably would advise against buying shoes you've never worn before over the internet. Too many variables and unknowns. Best to try on in a store, buy a pair, and then if you're satisfied with the comfort and durability, but a replacement pair on the internet. But don't buy these.

These shoes are very cute, super flexible and hug the foot perfectly. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Sizing really isn’t that difficult- use the sizing chart included. We got the Vengeance which I would say run about a half size small. We ordered a half size up from the regular street shoe size. You do want the shoes to fit snug. These aren’t shoes that you can order large to last longer. I used a ruler and had my daughter stand on the ruler, so her foot had pressure on it and then took her measurements. After that, the sizing chart was right on with her sizing. There is different sizing charts for each style of shoe.

Price cant be beat, in fact we may order more while we can! My super picky (almost 16 y/o) son had been wearing expensive busted out shoes and recently started his first job. I was adamant we get him new shoes and he didn't want to spend money - (mine or his, bless his heart) so I went on and searched for something affordable that he wouldn't immediately hate. Upon first trying them on he REALLY liked them and said they were "really comfortable". I felt a total "mom-win" moment. Style, comfort AND affordable ... will update on quality if necessary.
