I've purchased Rockports for years, but recently the shoes that used to fit me perfectly suddenly don't. They're either too big, too small, too wide and too narrow.

This last pair, a replacement for the shoes I've worn for five years, was virtually impossible me to squeeze into. Another pair, in a different style, but the exact same size, was the right fit lengthwise but was way too wide.

I'm disappointed because Rockport used to be my go-to shoe company. I suspect that since they've gone to foreign suppliers that the quality control has suffered. Simply out of loyalty, I kept the one "somewhat too wide" pair. Sadly, I going to have to look elsewhere in the future.

A tiny bit larger than the charmer shoes a bought some years back, which was the same size, but they are nice and comfortable. Very good shoes.
