I love this brand but it seems to be a little larger

Having read some reviews that stated the leather is more stiff than in the past. Am pleased to report that this recent purchase was no more stiff than the last several pairs of Rockport's that have worn.

Am among the approximate 78% of people that the same size still fits.

As with other reviewers comments about the local store randomly carrying the Rockport brand, was surprised to learn there are at least three different models of the waking shoe. Last pair was one of the other models, which the cut of the souls seemed much larger than the upper body of the shoe and made the shoe look clumsy and ugly.

The Pro Walker is a more sleek and a cleaner look. Have had this model previously, and very satisfied with this model and brand.

I liked my last Pro Walkers so much that I wore them until they were on the verge of disintegration, so when I saw these at Amazon for a good price I jumped on them. They are just as good as my last ones, but sure look a lot better! I will say that I have low arches, so some of the pricier walking shoes that have high arch support hurt my feet, so if you like that "bump" in the middle, you probably want to look elsewhere, but for me these are great, and I'm on my feet many days for 7-8 hours.

Make sure to try on and wear for a while immediately, b/c return widow is short
