I have worn these as walking shoes for years. They are not perfect but they are the best all around that I have found. They are much more durable than athletic style shoes and much better looking for street use. If you walk with excessive pronation, the heel will wear out after about a year if used for around three miles a day on pavement. Gluing in a heel repair wedge when this starts to develop can double the life of the shoe to about two years. The insoles are awful. I replace them with good ones with arch support although these cost about half as much as the shoes. The shoes do require some break-in but are very comfortable once formed to your feet.

These shoes are very comfortable, but do not last. Only had these for a month and the eyelets are breaking. One is completely broke through and you can se the second one is about to break. Always liked Rockport but am extremely disappointed with these. Returning for a different brand.

I've been through a dozen type of walking shoes, searching for one that is cushy yet supportive, with a reasonably durable sole.

This is my second pair of these shoes, and I'll buy another when my present ones wear out (I walk 4-5 miles a day). They have a nice feel and bounce for the money. I only wish they had a more durable sole, because I wear out the heels within a several months.

The shoes seem to be lager compared to other brands of the same size
I exchanged the original order for a pair one half size smaller. I am hoping the fit feels better

I read all the reviews and people saying to go up a size because the toe box ran small. I have wide feet, so I upped from my regular size of 6.5 to a 7. I wish I hadn't. Although the shoes still "fit" they feel EXTRA roomy in the toe box, and I would have preferred that I had my true size.

Other than the sizing thing, they are a great looking shoe and comfortable. I love the grey and mint color scheme.
